VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION AND SURVEY

Dear NSDRC Program Recipient

Summer is just around the corner and, although we are still living in uncertain times the NSDRC is planning to offer Virtual Summer Camps during July and August.

Facilitated by a NSDRC Employee through the Zoom platform, we will offer activities such as;
• Art
• Dance
• Yoga
• Simple Machines
• Music
• Baking/Cooking
• Drumming
• Science
• Lego
We plan to deliver each program participant a camp box to your home which will include all of the items needed to fully participate in the virtual activity. These camps will be offered for a small fee to cover some of the camp box costs.

Dates for Virtual Summer Camps will be July 6-10, July 20-24, August 10-14 and August 17-21. Times to be finalized but we are expecting to offer the camps in early afternoons for 1 hour or 1.5 hours.

Thank you for taking a moment to submit your response to these questions. Formal Virtual Summer Camp sign up will be offered by the first week of June.

The NSDRC was started by a group of families in 1976. In the years since, we have worked for a "Community for All" by developing and providing community housing, infant development programs, youth groups, community-based services, and information and advocacy.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work, live and play on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
