Millhouse Apartments Information:

Please Note – There are currently no vacancies at Millhouse.

The Millhouse units are all 1 bedroom wheelchair accessible apartments, 539sqft, Includes a wheel-in shower (no bathtub), accessible countertops, fridge, stove top, wall oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Accessible Patio or deck included. Located at the corner of Harold Road and Mountain Highway in North Vancouver.
Rent is geared to 30% of your gross income to a maximum of $1040/mo. Hydro and cable not included.

The NSDRC Housing Application is available as a fillable Word form and as a PDF fillable form.

If using the Word Application, please save the application to your computer first and fill it out, or your work will be lost. You can also save it and print it, then fill it out by hand. If you are filling out the form on your computer it works best if you use the TAB or Arrow keys on your keyboard to move between boxes.

If you are using the PDF Application, you may save it to your computer, fill it out and hit the Submit Button to email your form to the Director of Residential Services. You can also print it, and fill it out by hand.

Please ensure you also send copies of the following supporting documents – Please Do NOT send document originals:

1. Identification and Proof of Status in Canada for all Household Members
 Copy of Canadian birth certificate (s) for all family members born in Canada; and
 For family members not born in Canada, copies of citizenship papers or immigration documents. Acceptable proof includes copies of:
 Record of Landing (IMM1000); or
 Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292); or
 Permanent Resident Card (both sides).
2. Proof of Current Address or Rent
 Copy of current rent receipt or recent rent increase notice; or
 Copy of lease or tenancy agreement showing rent amount.
3. Proof of Income and Assets
 If receiving income assistance from the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance (MEIA): copy of cheque stub or confirmation of monthly assistance from your worker at MEIA.
 If employed; proof of current gross monthly income (last three consecutive cheques stubs or letter from employer).
 Copies of cheque stubs, bank statements showing direct deposit of pensions or other confirmation of income for any other income source.
 Copies of bank statements or letters from financial institution stating value of asset (s).
 Property tax assessments for value of property owned and proof of outstanding mortgage(s) if you own property.
4. Proof of student status for adults aged 19 or older who are full-time students.
